Register Early for Crank Out Hunger by August 6th!

The Suburbs are experiencing the fastest growth of poverty of any segment in our society.

Last year Coldwater provided food services to over 7,000 individuals and 2,400 families in the Lee's Summit area.  2,709 of those individuals were children and 1,028 of those were senior citizens. Coldwater is a partner with the Harvester's Food Network.  For every donation of $10 Coldwater can feed a family of 4 for a week.

The Crank out Hunger Bicycle ride also helps support Coldwater's "No Hungry Kids."  Coldwater has identified 568 chronically hungry children in Lee's Summit.   We are currently feeding 190 of those children.   Through your participation in "Crank out Hunger" you will help us feed one more child.

Cost:	$25 if registered online by August 6th (t-shirt included) $30 the day of the ride

Ride one loop or all three!!!!!

• Longview Loop - 26 miles
• Legacy Loop (aka: Jacomo) - 14 miles
• Lakewood Loop - 12 miles

Important Notes About This Year's Ride!!!! - We encourage you to ride the loops in the following order: Longview, Legacy, Lakewood. Sag support will NOT be available the entire ride this year for all three loops. Sag support will shut down and pack up at a certain time for each loop. You are welcome to ride the loops in any order but know that water and food will not be available to you after a certain time once on the road. Food and water WILL be available at Cornerstone Church during the entire ride. Sag support will begin on the Longview loop only. As the ride progresses sag teams will be ready at the Legacy loop in time for the front runners. Sag support for Lakewood will be set up last. The sag support on the Longview loop will tear down first, followed by the Lagacy loop and then the Lakewood loop. If you don't want to do a loop you may pick up with the pack at loops 2 or 3. Once our committee has each loops sag begin and ends times they will be posted here.

Food! Food! Food!

After the ride we will be grilling out. Lunch will be served starting at 10:30am. Your rider registartion cost includes your lunch. Family and friends are invited to join you. Donations will be accepted during lunch for non-riders.
